Really lovely staff repaired my Grandmothers shoe so quickly on a Saturday. There was a long wait & he prioritised the repair when we said she only had one shoe! Much appreciated

Went to Charlestown Mr Minit with my young daughter who was upset as her watch band clip broke. They looked at her as she explained the issue, took the watch, handed her a ticked and said not a problem at all see you soon". Went back about 20 minutes later

Our experience with Ben at Mr Minit Charlestown Square has been amazing. Despite being flat chat with other customers Ben found the time to assist us with a broken down vehicle. His knowledge of electronic keys and mechanics was impressive. I cannot recommend him more highly to anyone who values excellent customer service. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Ben.

Absolutely disappointed in this particular franchise. I had my watch battery replaced, it died the same day, went back “under warranty” the SAME DAY and I had to pay AGAIN because I wasn’t able to produce the warranty card, that I didn’t receive. End of the day I’ve had to walkaway with damaged watch front, dead battery, $65 down.If you’re tired or don’t possess the particular social/customer service skills and qualifications required for this job resign. Customers put their thrust in you. Do better Ben.

Don't waste your money! They break your items and when asked to repair their damage for free, Ben the 'manager' tells you it's your fault, not theirs and they won't be repairing what they did(n't) do unless they receive money for it.Spend your money and time anywhere but here.
