Super impressed from the moment I booked my first consultation! Very friendly and helpful practice nurse/receptionist who didn't make me feel like just another number (like most other Medical centres do!) DR Hani is very thorough and professional!

Dr Hani is a very kind and patient doctor . He is very thorough and makes sure you won’t leave without the answers you need about your health. I highly recommend him , he is excellent.

The GPs at Health Konnect Medical Centre are fantastic and are always so helpful and caring. It is easy to make bookings and the receptionist is also lovely.

Excellent diagnosis and treatment plan .I hadn’t been for a while and they picked up on things that were due .Not like some medical centres that get you in write a script and get you out.Very thorough,highly recommend

I can not thank you enough for the receptionist lady on Saturday. She’s sincerely kind and very accommodating. Her nice gesture makes my day feel better after a long night with two sick kids.We are also grateful that Dr Hani able to see my kids that day, considering his tight schedule but he was not in a hurry. He examined thoroughly and gave me a clear instructions on how to deal with my daughter’s allergy.The place is clean and very convenient.Thank you.

I do not recommend it at all.Very shady. It seems illegal what they did to me, I don't know if they do it to all patients.I went for a common check-up consultation and they charged me much more than what was on the price sign on the desk. When I asked why they charged me 120 aud, when the consultation said 75 aud (short consultation) and 90 (long consultation), they told me that they had to change the paper, that it was old. And when I received the invoice in my mail it said Surgical consultation: 120 aud. I insisted again that it was a mistake, that I had a basic control consultation, and they replied that this is the way the Centre works. That I should claim the refund from Medicare.

My 6 month old didn’t seem well and I couldn’t find anywhere. They made it so easy for me to bring my son. Receptionist was such a delight to deal with. Dr Hani then attended to my son and was amazing, my baby absolutely loved his interaction and it was comforting to have a knowledgeable doctor give such great advice and diagnosis. Thank you Health Konnect we will defiantly be back and recommend you moving forward
