Staff are always really friendly and helpful when I come in. I always have a plethora of questions about whatever DIY I'm trying to attempt with my very limited knowledge and they're always offering suggestions

Horrific customer service, have been into the store 3 times in the last 2 week's shopping locally instead of driving to Apollo Bay or Torquay to help their business recover losses due to Covid and have been treated like dirt by one of the staff members every time I have entered the store. You shouldn't be treating customers like animals, especially when they are trades who have reason to be shopping in the store. Strongly recommend a change of attitude for a customer service position. (A reply to your response, I was treated very well by the other staff in store, just the one member on all occasions. Each time the store was entered the QR codes were scanned, and I was asked to show proof each time, as well as showing my essential worker permit the first time shopping at your store. All Covid rules were complied to, so this poor treatment was unnecessary against paying customers for simply doing the right thing)

They closed at 12 noon instead of 3pm.On a very busy Sunday?The sign was clearly adjusted with someone's handwritten numbers.I really needed supplies and nowhere else has what I need.To the shop: If these are your new hours please update.

Was very disappointed with the customer service skills of the employees. I entered the store with my friends to have a look around and the employees were rude and automatically treated us like criminals and they were impolite. Take your business elsewhere

Was made to feel very unwelcome here, was asked 5 times about why my friends and I were there and pockets were searched, it seems that they do not like to see young people in the store for more than 2 minutes. Very disappointing and I do not recommend shopping here

They can refill your gas bottle!We went there because we run out of gas. We quickly found a small spare bottle and refilled the big one!Great service!

Very unpleasant experience. Was planning on purchasing products, but decided not to, as a result of being constantly and rudely harassed by staff. Staff seemed to treat anyone under the age of 21 as if they were criminals. Disappointing.

Got no idea about customer service or any knowledge of what their selling .went in with parts for a tubular latch ,said to assistant this looks tight may not fit can you check my part can fit .we went to counter and he charged my card and as I tried to fit the part in to the latch it didn’t fit and he said he can’t refund .he did not say at time buyer beware and as a experienced salesperson did not assist in any way .I’ll drive for 45 min to bunnings than go back there again

As many others have pointed out expect terrible customerservice here - it’s almost amusing how consistently rude management are to customers year after year it’s amazing how they survive. Another hardware store would be a wise idea in the areaIn response to the stores indignant response speaks volumes about their attitude. There is a reason they have one of the lowest scoring hardware stores in Australia, the issue lies with them
