Have been The Curated customer since 2018 when the brand was completely online, so excited and happy that they have finally opened a store in Armadale. Excitedly visited the store and had an amazing experience trying on the coats IRL. Went soft opening week and Sales staff was friendly and helpful, Prices of coats are same as online, great quality for the price.; Tried on some sold out items online in store and now looking forward for new season items. Armadale has a reputation for posh vibes and often I get put off even just walking into a store, but I didn’t experience any of that here.

Don’t bother calling this place because no one ever answers the phone! Finally went in store and the customer service is just as bad. Both girls working was too busy on their phones and gossiping and when they actually had to get a size acted like it was an inconvenience.

This is a gorgeous store for a wonderful, well thought out brand with a focus on high quality, luxurious items. I have one coat and one blazer from The Curated already and was blown away by the quality from the minute they arrived at my door.Having them open a store in Melbourne has been great as I can finally try other items in real life - which is dangerous, as the fabrics are impeccable and it makes me want to spend my life savings here lol.I have now visited this store twice and both times have had wonderful customer service from the staff. Well done to Nicola and the whole team for a great brand and amazing, timeless pieces x x

The loveliest store! I've purchased a coat from The Curated last year, and absolutely love it as the quality is fab and the fit is perfect. It's great that there's an actual store now as you can see the bags and try on different pieces in person. Nicola was there when I shopped and she was very friendly! Definitely coming back soon for more purchases.

Beautiful quality and stylish pieces at reasonable pricing. It's so rare to find a brand that cares so genuinely about sustainability and natural fibre materials.Absolutely love that there is not a shred of polyester in sight! I have searched long and hard and not been able to find another brand that offers blazers lined with silk or any other natural fibre for women.Thank you for leading the way forward in such a positive way for the fashion industry to follow! Please keep up the amazing work! You have my full support and I will recommend you to everyone I know!

I don’t usually invest time to write lengthy reviews but this recent experience I really needed to share.I pre-ordered their London coats x2 in black and in camel recently. I emailed their customer service asking for ETA a few times. The coats finally arrived after almost a month later than their expected ETA. The coats arrived with bad odour of drainage or bad animal skin, in a plastic satchel bags – nothing luxurious feel about this experience at all. I immediately emailed their customer service team and spoke with Melissa and informed her of this and provided feedback. I also asked if I could exchange the camel coat as on the lapel it had this peel patch/ spot which looked a bit off (tried to light steam it according to previous video I’ve seen on their IG but it didn’t disappear). I wouldn't mind it if it's in a hidden spot but on the lapel it looks weird.I also discussed with Melissa that I naively didn’t look too much in to the previous purchases that I’ve made with them and one of the coats isn’t consistent of the advertised fabric composition 70% wool, 30% cashmere (which is the same composition advertised on their new London coats which I just received, not as smooth feeling) The grey felt rough and itchy which I have worn no less than 3-4 times.Long story short I wasn’t able to drop by the store to look at another camel coat to exchange. So Melissa organised a return shipment to their Melbourne store for the camel and grey coat. She also advised I order a new camel coat in the meantime. When they received the package a couple of days later, I had received a very cold email from their store manager named Brodie. She practically accused me of washing the coat and that the grey coat “had significant wear” with stitches coming off. In that email she requested I go to the store and pick up the coat immediately. I found her communication style to be very condescending without clarifying why it was returned in the first place but she treated me like I was some dumb customer who washes coats and wanted to return a coat that purchased over 1.5yrs ago. I didn’t want to “return it” when I discussed with Melissa initially but rather seek an opinion from their staff as to why it feels so rough and not consistent to the London coat which has the same composition. I'm a busy professional and also with young kids. I took time out of my busy schedule albeit fuming at the tone of that email and picked up the grey coat and also returned the replacement camel coat that I re-ordered (Melissa organised to have it shipped from the Melbourne store vs it coming from the factory) I expressed to her that I am hoping for it to be the same batch as I like the new camel tone (more brown than their previous camel). She assured me it’s the same batch but when it came it didn’t have a ribbon tag on it which I can only assume it was a returned stock or someone had worn it/display. It didn’t appear new like to me. For the price point I don't feel it's unreasonable to ask for a new coat! What they haven’t considered is that these “exchanges” is time consuming, wasted so much of my time. Nobody wants to waste time returning items back if the quality is as expected!I tried to initiate a new order for the London camel coat as I really wanted it but didn’t want to have it being a worn stock or quality issues and rather it shipped direct from factory.Yesterday, I then received an email from Melissa telling me I need to accept 1 of the 2 camel coats that I “returned” (original order which had the patch on the lapel or the worn stock/ display) she effectively, refused to serve me as a customer and accused me of being difficult and said that they monitor people that do exchanges. She gave me an ultimatum - if I wanted to cancel the order OR have them ship 1 of the 2 coats. I had no other choice but asked for the refund.Honestly, I’ve never ever experience such bad service like this or have been refused service.Terrible experience.

Wonderful garments and service. I already own a Curated coat and blazer, which I purchased online and love. It is fantastic to be able to visit the store, feel the quality, choose the colour and size and take your items home with you.

Visited the store. Nice clothes, but Ughhhh the snooty person there to “help”So useless. One word answers “do you have this one in other sizes? ““Yes”Er ok great. Then maybe can you get them and help show what you have them at light fit? Nope, wayyyyy too busy shuffling about tidying.

Visited the store today for the first time. Not only were the products just beautiful, and so reasonably priced for the material blend unlike other stores on high street. But the customer service was also great, both girls working were attentive and helpful even when the store was busy. I took some time picking which jacket to purchase and they were very patient with me. Will definitely be returning.
