it was good service and price in the beginning. Then start charge more last my a few services and I found not changed some parts but still charge me the parts price. Many mechanics does tho.

Great speedy service and great price

Terrance is fantastic. We have used him multiple times in the last few months for our Santa Fe and for my partners Hilux, for servicing and to diagnose a knock that was coming from one of our cars, as well as changing a very old timing belt in the Hilux. He’s extremely professional and honest with pricing. He has always completed work an in extremely timely manner and never charged more than necessary. We will never go to another mechanic. Awesome mechanic who has been in the industry for over 30 yrs

Terry did a repair job on our BMW X3 replacing water pump and thermostat. At the time his honesty was appreciated with the difficulty of the job. A week or so after the job was done I noticed fluid on the ground so rang him, took it back and he tested and checked the cooling system out and couldn't find a leak. Charged us $170 plus and sent us on our way. Fast fwd 12 months and still getting intermittent puddles of coolant. Our regular mechanic identified a small leak from radiator tank so had him replace the radiator and some other components. A pool of coolant identified a week later. Rang my mechanic up and took it in and he found a small trail of coolant from thermostat hose. Turns out Terry reused the old hose clamps and they didn't seal properly. Why would you do a difficult job like pump and thermostat and NOT replace a $2-3 part?Would never use this FIGJAM again.

If you have a problem that someone else has failed to diagnose, this is the auto repairer for you. Wish I'd found him years ago. Very happy customer!
