Laat evening i had order the pizza. Pizza was ready on time as the time App say. But when i about eat pizza what i am seeing all the pizza crust has been burn from the bottom and sides and all the meat was uncook. All the bacon,pepperoni and salamis are raw which are not in condition to eat. All pizza goes in bin it’s totally wastage of money and it had been happen twice with me. Kingston Dominos is not focusing on the food quality just supply the unhealthy pizzas.

I've been visiting this restaurant regularly for the last few days now as I've had to switch to a vegetarian diet. I'd say the crew working there are quite friendly and customer focussed. Car park delivery works really well. Pizzas are always ready on time and are hot and fresh. I did have an issue with my pizza today as some of the slices had no toppings or cheese but the young team member was very kind and polite. I didn't catch his name but I'm sure he'll know when he reads my review. I'd like to thank him as he re-did my pizza order and ensured it was accurate this time. He also offered me a courtesy drink as I drove back to the restaurant and offered me to keep the original pizza. I declined his offers as I just wanted to get what I had paid for. But yeah 5 stars for the 2 crew members (male & female) working over the public holiday. I'd give this review a 5 star rating but I feel the pizzas I order could be a bit more tastier.

My partner and I consider travelling to other domino’s outside of where we live if we want domino’s because the Kingston store is that bad and stingy. It’s already fast food, so we don’t expect much, but the basics for a pizza are at the very least for it to have some cheese on it. There are times where what we received could only be described as bread and sauce.To combat this we paid for extra cheese several times and surprise surprise still received almost no cheese.They are so persistent with this, I can only suspect that the franchisee has directed the employees to be stingy with the cheese to save money.If the owner sees this and it’s not the case, you should be having words with the managers and staff because it sure as hell looks like this is the case. You’re in a court surrounded by other fast food options for people to pick from, another pizza shop down the road and Uber eats available to people. If you want to be competitive the pizza’s at the very least need to be up to par of the other Domino’s stores in the state.

Walked into the store at 5pm today and found the staff at the back flinging pizza dough across the store. One of the girls had her arms and head lined with pizza bases. They were so engrossed in all of this no one noticed the 3 people waiting to collect their orders. I raised it with the guy that served us and his answer was ‘I’ll have a chat with them. I’m just the delivery driver’. Absolutely fuming to know that people ordering from this store has unknowingly eaten food that has been handled in this way.
