Trying to call serval time no answer and no one returns the call back request

Quick and easy service. I arrived right after work, filled out documentation, had my scan and was out the door in no less than 10 minutes. I didn't need to book an appointment, the staff were super friendly and very easy to interact with. They accept all referrals so it doesn't matter what x-ray clinic your GP has referred you to, you can just bring that referral to Our Medical Home Radiology and you'll have no issues! Will be going back here and recommend to others for the ease of service, convenience and not needing to wait at all.

Dismal experience at Radiology. Front desk staff rude, taking personal calls, b*tching about other staff, sitting in their chairs slumped like they really didn’t want to be there. Even the radiologist on duty who was also sitting at the desk was rude and gave off “don’t want to be here vibes”. Telling some patients one hour, others 20mins so of course patients all angry as well. We waited over a hour ourselves when told one hour to begin with and watched several after us go first. The most unprofessional medical service I’ve ever attended. Only came here to avoid holding up an emergency bay at the hospital. Never again.

Excellent staff and amazing receptionists

Every time that I try to book an appointment they are booked out. 2 weeks ago I called them to book an appointment 1 month in advance. They said that they didn't have the schedule for the next month yet (August) so they told me to call in 2 weeks time. Now I just called them again and they said that they are booked out for August. Very disappointing.

Fantastic Service, came in for an XR and ultrasound and was able to do both at the same time. Reception staff are lovely and friendly and extremely helpful. Been here many times and always been a fantastic experience. keep up the great work.

Very professional and helpful staff. I had my corticosteroid injection done here. I would like to thank the doctor, nurses and admin staff for their expertise, care and empathy.Keep up the good work guys!
