Mooloolaba Family Medicine

My family and i first visited Mooloolaba Family Medicine when we were up here on holidays about 10 years ago and my son got sick. Then we moved here just under 9 years ago and decided to make them our family Doctor's as we were so impressed with them on the previous occasion. We have now been to see them many times, including doing the check ups etc. for my new born baby over 8 1/2 years ago. We have been to see 4 different doctor's there when the our initial doctor was booked out and we have been very happy with all of them. On most occasions they have pretty much ran to time too, which from my previous experiences was unheard of. I can highly recommend them! :)

Very friendly and efficient. The doctor was very personable and i trusted him right away. In under fifteen minutes I was cleaned up and on my way.

I've finally found a GP that listens to me, and seems to understand me! Dr Siobhan Wills doesn't just start typing out a script, and rush you out the door, but deals with everyone as an individual. She's not afraid to look for answers and is wise in her advice. I worked as a RN with two of these doctors many years ago (when they were at another practice), and I'm so glad I've found them again!

Thursday: After visiting this clinic for several years for my annual skin check and receiving excellent service from reception to doctor, I've finally found a rude staff member. Beware of the self entitled Karen" by the name of Maddie.After her abrupt demanding call blaming me for a payment issue

Dr Amanda Wilsson is very good, professional and she is very caring. Highly recommend her. The staff are very kind and friendly. You leave the place feeling better because of the kind smiles and calmness you get from them.

Staff are really friendly. Dr Wills is so compassionate and caring.Having confidence in your GP is paramount

From the moment you enter the practice, you feel welcome. Anna, Rae and Maddie are friendly and helpful. If you need a nurse, Mary's smile and manner help you to feel relaxed. We all visit Dr Krys for skin checks. Lisa (Practice Manager) is always on hand to help if necessary. My daughter, my son and I see Dr Siobhan or Dr Amanda and feel that they are both very caring, empathetic and take the time necessary to help. My husband and son believe Dr Matt's manner and way of explaining information is terrific. A big thank you to all staff at Mooloolaba Family Medicine.

Rarely have to wait much if any past appointment times, doctor I see is nice, respectful and listens to you. Treats you as a person not a number, doesn't rush you out the door.

Thank you to Dr Amanda and Dr Matt for your professional expertise in dealing with my medical needs. I really appreciate the reception staff who try to help out with appointments when you are so busy especially first thing in the mornings. Anna is an exceptional staff member who shows warmth, patience and caring assistance always. And thank you as well to Mary for such good nursing care.

All staff were amazing, thank you Dr Matt and nurse Sue, whose approach and professional manner allowed me to know I was in good hands and treated with respect. Big thank you Lyn
