Honestly just steer clear of this place dodgy as pharmacist, he will hold your scripts hostage & also not provide the medication discussed instead trying to force me to get something else that costs nearly double just so he can profit from it. Medical cannabis patients avoid at all costs he will play god with your meds.

Extremely POOR customer service, I was picking up an Uber which I was made to wait an excessive amount of time while they served a lot of people that came in after me, after about 25 minutes I was said I have to cancel the order resulting me in losing $40. Completely rude and clueless staff.

Best chemist I have ever dealt with! Tom is an absolute champion who goes above and beyond and always gets my medication to me as fast as possible. I am in nsw so need it posted and they always have it at the post office within a few hours of my phone call to order it. They have fantastic customer service and better prices than other chemists I have used before. Cannot recommend them enough!

Gentleman on the phone was extremely unhelpful and rude. I asked for product/price information and got nothing but pushback and attitude. Will never come here despite it being 30 mins closer than my current chemist because the one interaction was enough proof that this chemist does not respect you as a people and don’t care about your health.
