So happy with the service and products! Jo took the time to chat with me over the phone and speak through what I should be feeding my cavoodle puppy Henry and the supplements that would help his tummy. The order arrived within 24 hours, is such good quality and the food and supplements have made him one happy puppy.

Outstanding service and quality! I ordered online and it was delivered within 2 hours with text message updates along the way. So impressed!Henry the sausage dog absolutely loves his meals, he hasn’t had that eager reaction to other raw food. Highly recommended.

We were feeding Yoshi dried food and cooked chicken from when we first brought him home at 8 weeks. He arrived with lovely long eyelashes but they all fell out. Since he's been eating The Butcher's Dog, his eyelashes have grown back, longer and lovelier than ever. We can't recommend a raw food diet enough and wonderful door-to-door service is a dream. Fantastic product and service. I've got a Frenchel that had skin, stomach, anxiety problems. Since putting her on this raw diet her coat is bright, and her stools are hard (and much) smaller for the first time ever. Her anxiety will take a combination of things to resolve but is already better, as she barks much less and is less nervous so far. All of these things have been achieved within three weeks. Between the vet recommended kibble we had before, mixed with the cooked meats we bought her, The Butcher's Dog ends up being a bit cheaper as well. The way in which the food is frozen makes it really easy to store and prep.I'd avoided a raw diet because it seems to divide opinion, but it works for us. All in all, I'm glad I made the decision and wish I had started it sooner!

I received my first puppy box 2 days ago and I couldn't be happier! We've had our little puppy (Bailey) for 1.5 weeks now. Our breeder had started transitioning him to a raw food diet and so when we got him, we were really struggling with feeding. We tried high quality kibble and wet dog food, we tried making up our own mixes of raw food and Bailey was hardly eating anything at all. I started becoming really worried about how little he was eating. In the last 2 days of feeding him the Butchers dogmeat discs (mixed with very little kibble), he is eating like a champion! THANK YOU!

Not happy with customer serviceI would give them 5 stars but for the customer service. Ordered the Healthy Gut powder with our frozen food. We paid over $100 and was charged $15 delivery. What happened to free shipping?I emailed twice with our order number and no response. Very sad because the Food is fantastic. CC had runny poo for weeks. After 1.5 days on Butchers Dog because solid.But nothing happy charged extra shipping

Awesome. Ordered yesterday and delivered the next day before 8am by the best delivery guy too. That is phenomenal and so efficient. Just the best customer service and my beautiful GSD is so happy to see his food put in the freezer and new treats delivered.

Seriously, this is the best food that you can buy for your pup! It’s superfood, for your doggie!! Since ordering food from The Butchers Dog, my pup Milo has been much calmer and very happy, he just loves it!! I have also noticed that his coat looks extra shiny now. It must be all of the extra nutrients and goodness from the food. Delivery is very reliable, we have a subscription, so we don’t even have to think about reordering! Winning!

I ordered this for our Tamaruke puppy. She did love it, her stools were soft and regular, she seems happy. However, what I found annoying is having to ‘add’ the vegetable/fruit portion (1/3) of the disc to the protein, it would be easier if it was already mixed in.
