We had a family room a/c replaced recently and a bedroom as well.We weren’t happy about the family room installation as the tradesman didn’t install the outside unit above the flood-water mark, evidenced by the old unit which was rusted around the bottom of the unit. I’m not an expert but could see that a concrete slab ($25), available from Bunnings or Stratco would have been sufficient to raise the unit above the concrete slab less than two metres from the job.Not professional at all.

I would highly recommend this company. I purchased a new air conditioning system and had this installed.The service was very prompt and professional. The unit runs perfect!5 months after installation I needed a manual for it, these guys personally delivered it to my house.Follow up service is amazingly !!

Money hungryThis business is untrustworthy. It advertised for the airconditioning system as $1600, but this is only half of the cost.They replaced our A/C system with a new one but with a damaged part. It took two months to get it replaced, then they sent me an invoice for the replacement.

Lenny, Harry and Tom were the technicians who installed my ducted air conditioning system. They arrived on time and completed the job quietly, efficiently and respectfully.Mark was the rep and he dealt with the quote and the follow-up with quiet good humour. I am so impressed with these guys. We had 2 workers turn up for an Air Conditioner installation. They were not only courteous and easy to deal with. They answered all of my annoying questions and did such a beautiful job. They respected my house (wet weather and they were in and out of the house most of the time)They were going to vacuum up afterwards and I told them not to. They had to deal with rain and all sorts while here. You should be proud of these guys. They did your company proud. Happy customer from Zephyr Street.
