There are some good eggs here. Like any profession, you'll get the good with the bad.For example, the five stars are not for the heroes that habitually block a lane on the overpass at Tolgate Drive to do speed checks on the traffic below.

For obvious reasons costs are rarely awarded if ever against the Police in AVO matters. However the magistrate at Katoomba Court on the 19th April, 2021 awarded costs against the NSW Police. The Court found that Senior Constable Michelle Prestage`s ADVO application had deviated so significantly from the reasonable case management of the proceedings as to be inexcusable.
