Awesome and friendly service from the get-go with Jason. I rung in having no idea about parts/cars etc. so he asked me to come in so they could have a look. Had an entire car to pick parts from and they fitted everything for me at a really reasonable price, and same day! Very happy customer wish there were places like this at every stop.

Terrible service, used the online form and after 1 week no contact, went to the office, took down my details and was told that I would be called that day. After 2 weeks still no contact so decided to call them, then was told they had no parts. I understand if they had no stock in, but a simple phone call would have been nice just to tell me that they had none...

I had been quoted 3k for a vehicle. Had it towed down there and had been told at the counter they would only give 1k for the vehicle. Not a very honest business imo

I have been going here for years now, it is run by a great family, the prices are good , its always the first on my list and they trust you to walk around by yourself and are helpful with basic tools if I choose to pull a part off myself.

Biggest rip offs thought I’d try an save a couple dollars by going to them before buying brand new Jason was blunt and rude trying to charge me $280 for an alternator so I got one in townsville same day for $200. Over priced and no costumer service skills at all I recommend everyone go else where unless u like to feel like a peice of dirty under there feet

Very good to deal with, I needed a fan for a vz crewman, nobody had it brand new in town and I needed 1 asap and I saw ace and the bloke at the counter went above and beyond for me to help, we got one,tested it to make sure it worked and fitted it and bolted straight up, so happy. I've been using ace wreckers for over 20 years and will continue to do so, great team there
