I went to see a GP just to check on my previously twisted ankle, but charged me for $74.78 for Surgery consultation without my knowledge, with Medicare rebate I have got $39 back and the rest I had to pay from my own pocket. I found this treatment very unreliable and untrustworthy considering the appointment only look around 5 mins long. Doctor Mr Ting was very friendly and the staffs were well behaving but still that does not justify charging some that much for a quick health check. I would recommend everyone to check with the medical centre before making any booking.

Doctors are fantastic, reception staff are great just one girl needs training ( Jennifer) as doctor said free of charge but she still charged me and said I will get it all back through Medicare. Now I have waste my time to go to Medicare cause she didn’t Know how to put the claim through the machine at the facility.Manager called very caring. Will definitely go back. But not on the days the girl works.

I needed to see a doctor quickly and luckily got in quickly, was prescribed antibiotics for an infected leg sore which helped it to heal, but Daniel still took a swab and discovered I needed a better prescription, he called me at 6.15pm on a Friday night (after the Monday appointment) and sent me a new prescription via email which I was able to fill Saturday morning amazing help and service!!!
