iSi Bicycle Carriers

I have owned many bike racks over the years but this is by far the best. Well designed, Well built and so easy to use. Full confidence that the bikes are secure and safe and the team were a real pleasure to talk to working out what I needed.

When we took delivery of our new Tesla the question was could we carry our two new e-bikes safe and secure? The ISI Bike Carrier has proven to be a perfect solution and George has been very patient in providing a rack that best meets our particular needs. Matched up with the Stealth Solutions supplied towbar installed by The Towbar Guys it has proven to be a very satisfying experience.

Outstanding selection of bike racks. We bought one with a bike rack trailer hitch mount for our off road vehicle and it has not let us down. Made in the factory here in Micham.

I've had the iSi carrier for about 8 years now and it's never skipped a beat. With both the 4x and 2x extensions it fits any particular weekend plan.The off road clearance is exceptional, many of my friends with vertical racks have either had to remove the bikes, or end up dragging their bike's back wheels on rough 4wd trails, whereas the iSi departure angle means we just cruise on through.The stabilising solution in the hitch mount is great, preventing side to side movement but allowing a small amount of vertical compliance which has proven invaluable on the most recent trip through the Flinders and Red Centre, full of higher speed corrugations on the road.And, to top it all off, the customer service and support is even better than the rack. Any time there has been any issue (only small ones in my case), which you will of course get over 8 years of owning a rack, the team has sorted it quickly and efficiently. Including, most recently, sending a few parts to the middle of nowhere, via air freight courier, to allow us to fix a small issue (those corrugations caused a small issue with the PosiLock bit) and keep on going with extreme confidence.If I could rate them higher I would, but Google only allows 5 stars. Thanks to the entire team!

iSi have provided us with a very well-engineered product, the finish is outstanding and practical use is just the best I and others have ever seen. iSi have also provided a top shelf service to ensure the customer's needs and requests were met, we also received our caravan attachment 3 days early, I fitted the attachment last night, again a very well-engineered product, a big thank you iSi we can now take our bikes on holidays knowing they are safe and will not be damaged..

Bike rack story.So I already had a 5 bike Shingleback bike carrier before we took delivery of our new van in March (JJOB 22.68.1). So I decided to get a bracket made up for the draw bar to mount the Shingleback on the drawbar. But on a recent 6wk trip with full tanks (for a third of the journey) full food and clothes - the ball weight was on or slightly over the max ball weight, and towing it with our well set up Y62, I would have never said “I don’t know the van is behind me”. I felt every bump, dip and change in road texture, as the van seemed to see-saw constantly!! WD bars helped, but I still noticed the poor handling, I just assumed this is the way it would be - towing a fully loaded 3.1T van.Last week, I decided to cough up and get the ISI bike rack fitted. OMG. What a difference it has made. It is like towing a new van.The guys at ISI were really helpful and they were keen to do the weights and measurements. When comparing my old Shingleback with 4bikes (one heavy ebike) with the drawbar bracket - the ISI set up is only 18kg lighter, but the ball weight measured 40kg lighter! That doesn’t sound like much of an improvement, but the handling of the van is transformed! No more see-sawing over every bump, no more bouncing! Today towing it (without the WD bars) - I can finally say “I didn’t know the van was behind me!” I kept checking my mirrors to make sure the van hadn’t fallen off! Another example and lesson for me - NOT to try and reinvent the wheel. The Shingleback is good for the car, but no good on the drawbar of a van in my experience. ISI all the way!

Purchased a twin bike carrier from these guys late last year. I had a lot of trouble finding a carrier that could carry electric bikes and clear the spare wheel hanging off the back of my canopy. I sent them an email and they kindly sent me tech drawings and recommendations for me to measure up. Have been really impressed with the finish and design of the carrier. Would highly recommend.

Awesome equipment. Mine is a few years old. Works great. Had a small issue with sone rust and they replaced the part no questions asked and sent the new part with in a few days. Highly recommend the company and the product. There customer service is exceptional.
