Lash Brow Haus

Stole my money.I booked in for Eyebrow microblading and paid $600. This was meant to include an initial session with a follow up touch up session. I had the initial session then called on numerous occasions and left a message to book my follow up session and never heard back. Now I have half complete eyebrows and waiting for them to fade before I can get the treatment elsewhere to fix it.

If you ever need to get your lashes done, ask for Michelle.She took really good care of me, and her hands were gentle on my lashes. I was so relaxed that I nearly dosed off a few times. She was professional in her work. Love the result of my lashes and I would recommend her to my families and friends. I will be back here for sure.

This is my favourite salon ever! Nothing but the best experienced and customer service when I've had my eyelash extensions done and my eyebrows micro-bladed. I would definitely recommend Michelle, who is absolutely amazing at what she does (she does both eyelashes and cosmetic tattooing). She is so experience and I always feel comfortable around her. I follow their Instagram where they post heaps of before and after images of their clients, and i really enjoy seeing those brow transformations! i have never seen a bad set of eyebrows or eyelashes come out of this place (and trust me, i'm here a lot). I would trust any of the girls here, definitely the best place in Melbourne! So worth the price too :)

Got my lashes done here and they looked absolutely amazing! Made me feel really well informed and comfortable as it was my first time ever getting them done. They tailored them so beautifully to suit me and what I had asked for. Overall, great service and great communication.

Not at all happy. Even though I mentioned I was still breastfeeding, not once was it mentioned to me when I made my initial microblading consultation and first treatment that I should wait until I stop as chemicals used transfer into breast milk. I have since been made aware of this from another professional in the same type of business.Also I have been told the strokes are unevenly done and my brows may never look great. I wonder why I paid the money I did?When I asked questions on my first treatment I was asked are you nervous?" in a rather disgruntled tone

My brows and eyelashes always look fantastic after my treatment here. The staff are always lovely and I’ve never had a bad experience. I highly recommend Lash Braw Haus!

Michelle is Absolutely the best technician you will find!I tried so many salons before I discovered LBH she is second to none a true artisan and a beautiful person inside and out. Her advice is invaluable, her work pure perfection.I highly recommend

EDIT: after posting this review, I was contacted and generously provided a refund as well as the chance to return and have my brows fixed for free. While I didn't return, I was happy with the resolution as well as the staff's commitment to satisfied customers.Pretty disappointed with my eyebrow tidy here. Not enough communication about what tidying but not changing the shape" entails and now I've lost the thickness in my brows that took months to grow. If I come back

Exceptional ! We send all of our clients here to Michelle I have been seeing her for years and her work is exceptional ! She has a nursing background and is meticulous with her work and an absolute perfectionist with all micro blading and lash extensions. I have been personally also been seeing Michelle for years for lashes and and cosmetic tattoo. Its also nice and easy to book with her as she has online bookings. The best tattoo artist in town by far !
