Encore Fitness group training classes are fun and a safe environment for women to work out without judgement. Donna encourages you to be the best you can be and is very responsive to feedback. The 30-45 minute sessions are the perfect length to find that ‘just right’ fit between challenging and enjoyable. Like another reviewer, I like to get to the morning classes and get on with the working day. The afternoon and weekend boxing classes are another favourite and motivate me to push a little bit harder. Thanks Donna!

Encore Fitness has provided me with a whole new outlook on fitness and living well. I joined a three months ago and have lost about 3 kgs and cms off my waist and hips. Also, feeling much fitter, stronger and happier in general. Donna provides a supportive environment to meet your fitness goals with a group of friendly women. The workouts are also varied, interesting and challenging. It’s the perfect place to start bringing exercise into your routine as a beginner. Can’t recommended Donna at Encore Fitness highly enough!

Encore fitness Is a great gym, I love that it’ offers a variety of training, the classes are held at stunning outdoor locations, the price is very reasonable for the quality service that is provided from the trainer Donna. Donna offers a wide variety of challenges to keep you motivated. Encore fitness is a friendly atmosphere with a fun and friendly bunch of participants.

I was finding it hard to go to the gym and basically having to work out my own program. I was introduced to Donna at Encore Fitness and initially did a couple of personal training sessions. Just in these sessions alone I knew that I could achieve so much more with my fitness goals than the gym, I then started the group sessions.It is wonderful training with a group of women, we each enable, motivate and support each other through each session.I like the variety of fitness offered and feel the workout after each session. Donna is an amazing, knowledgeable trainer, she takes a personal interest in your fitness goals which motivates me to keep going. My 49yr old body is feeling stronger, I am not waking up with the normal aches and pains and I am motivated in body and mind to continue to train. Thanks so much Donna.

I had never done bootcamp before so joined Donna's Bootcamp for Beginners month long programme about a year ago, after that I moved to regular bootcamp and haven't looked back! I am fitter, healthier, have lost weight, toned up and feel great, I try to attend 4 times a week for the 6AM session, the perfect way to start your day. The classes are very varied and usually fun. We live in the perfect place for outdoor training, and I would 100% recommend Encore Fitness to anyone looking to improve their health or continue their fitness journey.

I recently joined Donna at Encore Fitness and I am so so happy I did! Donna is a fab trainer, each session is pre-planned and she comes prepared, ready to motivate and ensure we get the best out of ourselves. She has been nothing but welcoming, so have the rest of the ladies. Training is fun! I highly recommend Encore Fitness (& classes are even child friendly, very handy!).

I've been attending Encore Fitness for about 18 months now and I LOVE it! Donna has created a wonderful group of women who are motivating, friendly and make it easy to get up for those 6 am sessions!The classes are always different with a variety of exercises for all fitness abilities and levels. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Encore Fitness to anyone looking to shake up their fitness routine.

Encore fitness is a great exercise group. I like how the sessions are outside in the fresh air unlike the gyms, the friendly environment when I first started Donna the trainer was very welcoming and the sessions are always different. I definitely recommend encore fitness.

Ive been going to Donna's fitcamp sessions for 19 months now and totally love it! I usually do 2 - 3 fitcamps per week.Donna is an amazing trainer. She organises the sessions throughout the week so that we exercise every major muscle group and also get cardio work in too. Its amazing what you can do in a 45 minute session!Donna's enthusiasm and encouragement keeps me training to the best that i can in each session, even when i arrive feeling lethargic she helps me to maximise my workout to the best that i can do that day.Since joining i've also discovered a love of running (which for me to say is totally weird!). Donna has given me support and advice to give me the confidence to do this and ive even applied for my first ever marathon (omg!!!)I look forward to the sessions each week, they are so much fun, the people are great and i've made some wonderful new friends.
