Very good service and very professional. They properly take care both of their tenants and landlords .

After reading these reviews we decided to use this agency to lease our property.But what a mistake that was.The owner and his team are rude and incompetent at their job.I had to follow up with the agent and ask to do open homes otherwise the week would just pass by with nothing happening.Every open home conducted, the people who showed up were not greeted, the weren't asked to check-in meaning the agency couldn't follow up with them like other agents do.Needless to say we decided to remove our property off the market with this agent afterbeing up for lease for more than 5 weeks. But yet we still have to pay them...Save your time and invest with another agent

Rebecca is an absolute top class professional performer, a true legend and highly highly recommended for all your property management needs. She managed to get me the tenant within 1 day of the other application pulling out at the last minute without reducing the rent including deposit taken and tenant moving in 2 days. She is great with communication showing empathy, understanding and responsibility towards my requirements. She knows the local market inside out and hence her advice is second to none for rental advice.

Decided to change to a new property management team due to a few situations that came up during the time Premiere were managing our property for us that left us out of pocket. The handover so far has not been smooth and I am regretful to have even continued working with them after the first mishap.

We worked with Premiere Estate Agents to secure a property for a tenancy. Our property manager, Allyse Lewis, was professional and prompt in her response to our application, and got us moved into the property as quickly as possible. The process was flawless, and easy considering a covid lockdown. Since starting our tenancy, any concerns we have had have been addressed fairly. Would highly recommend them for either a tenancy or buying/selling a home.
