Savage Brows

Beware ! I booked an appointment on 16th May for 8th July, my account was debited $50 booking deposit. I had booked the wrong date and cancelled my appt as wanted for June. I have not been refunded (giving more than enough notice as per policy). I have emailed three times and called a couple of times (no answer). I’m frustrated as I continue to support small businesses and have never posted bad review. If you have a service and want payment before delivery, you should honour deposit refunds if client’s unable to attend. According to your policy I still have ample cancellation time!!!!Very disappointed and will not recommend to friends or colleagues

Not only does Savana do an amazing job of my brows, she’s incredibly kind and creates a welcoming and comforting environment. I always have so much fun visiting her studio which is relaxing and beautifully decorated.
