We had purchased a ring online and took it to starco to get the centre stone replaced as the one we got unfortunately had an inclusion right on the surface and didn't sit completely right on my finger. They were all super supportive, we got a complete diamond education and a few options for what we could do with the ring. I'm very attached to the band because I've had it picked out for years and they kept it, resized the ring to my size and changed the stone all while keeping the integrity of the band. I'm so in love with the ring that I got back. Please go to starco. The only jewellers in all of Sydney that actually try to understand what you want (we met with some really rude and condescending ones prior to discovering starco that made us feel really bad about the first diamond we had bought and kept pushing their own rings on us). All the ladies at Starco are friendly, lovely and determined to get your dream jewellery. Interesting to see that when you buy jewellery from this store, they charge you tons of money, and when you try to resell because things don’t work out as expected, they offer you peanut. So, basically, this stuff is worth nothing after brought home. Better spend money somewhere else guys, don’t waste your money on clearly way over priced jewellery!!

Bought an engagement ring here. Things didn't work out, when approached for resale they offered 1/6 of what they had valued it at. Don't make my mistake, keep looking.

Initially I was confused when the owner tried to convince me that platinum is 24ct white gold. I cant understand the motivation, but it could only be one of 2 things. Either she doesn't know herself - which is unlikely for a jewellery shop owner. Or she simply took us for idiots. I'm beginning to think it was the latter. She was trying to sell us an 18ct white gold necklace with a 1/2 ct of low grade diamond off cuts for $8,000 and that's after 55% discount. Seriously if you cant trust the person your buying from to a) know their product and b) to have integrity you should definitely shop elsewhere.

Avoid at all cost. Never got a receipt and when I returned to shop I was told I would get emailed one which I never did. The engagement ring I purchased 8 months ago now has also started to change colour. Would give 0 stars if I could
