I was a bit confused…I had not so good at work today. I was keen for subway. I went over to Brassall at 5:45pm and it was closed? There was someone in there just standing behind the counter with all the lights off. Went back to the car and checked my phone for the trading hours. According to Google it closes at 9:30pm on a Monday.What’s the deal?

Disgusting place! Flies everywhere, even going on the food while they're making the subway. I decided to cancel my order because there were just too many flies touching my food and the workers looked at me like I was weird for not wanting to take food that had flies on it.

The guy who served us on Sunday had a cold sore. I have now woken up covered with 3 of them. Will be taking this further

Picking up a delivery and still standing for 10 minutes with nobody making a hussle for the customer’s order as one guy said twice “haven’t made it yet” and still didn’t make a move until another person finally came in to help….hold on JUST GOT IT AS I FINISH THIS review. Expect order cancellations from this store

So so slow and messy. Flies in salad. No name tags on staff. Costs me my lunch break, no matter what time of the day we try this place. Disgusting, rude service. Literally just walked out of the store after 20 mins of waiting - with ONE person in front.The girl working there was busy socialising with friends, and the little snot behind the counter was so rude to the older gentleman in front of me.WOW! It's really unbelievable this is how poor the training is.

There was a substantial line up for the healthy food served at SUBWAY Riverlink when I bought food for my grson and his girlfriend. They thoroughly enjoyed all the food I supplied. The servers were polite, fast and efficient despite the high demand.

I ordered my food through doordash and received it almost an hour after placing the order. Then when my food arrived i only 2 of my 3 items. The doordash driver said he asked the staff if everything was in the bag 3 times and was assured yes. I then called the store only to be told that my order didnt come from this store. They then wanted me to drive to this store to get the rest of my order after i had already paid a delivery fee. The young man then decides he is going to get a bit attitude with me which i did not appreciate. He also told me that the driver did not ask them if all 3 items were in the bag and continued to say that all drivers speak different languages and you cant understand them (racist much). This is no excuse for your mistake. So they called their manager for me to be told that i still have to go into the store to get my item and they will refund me for it. This i should not have to do. Will not order through this store again. And also people, if you make a mistake just own up to it and dont pass the buck.

Great staff.. they make a great fresh sub, even when it's the lunch time rush..as for the atmosphere most people just takeaway and they are gone but new morayfield shop has outside fresco dining.. which I would like to see more people take advantage of.

Sorry I forgot my receipt to leave a review just wanted to say new guy on his first day did a great job with our massive order plus many others all workers were friendly and polite and we will be back see you again soon
