Absolutely amazing !The labels and the quality of all the products are amazing .I have pretty much made over my whole home under $200 for labels and some pantry storage .

I originally ordered the set online in black but was advised it was out of stock and I could choose either white or frosted. I chose frosted but it’s really more transparent and they actually never look clean no matter how many times I wipe them over. Just a thing to note if anyone does purchase this set the 2 pump action nozzles are black but the spray nozzle is white which in my opinion just looks odd. I wish I had selected the white option but in all honestly I probably should of got a refund, the pumps/nozzles feel flimsy and cheap and not sure how long they will stand the rest of time. I don’t use them and they are display only but they don’t even look nice, just grubby and cheap looking

Pretty disappointed with there after sale. Made multiple purchases leading up to moving into my new home/kitchen finally unpacked and started using all the goodies but the clear acrylic tiered spice shelf bowed in days and all my spices collapsed and made a mess. Ever since have made multiple attempts to contact and discuss and never received response. Since I have not made any further purchases. So not the best customer service.

Purchased the day before I was gifted the same product, contacted customer support and they were able to swap the unwanted product for something else that I had my eye on! Absolutely fantastic service from Lani!!! Would so very highly recommend based on my experience so far!

I went to Pretty Little designs for the first time last weekend.The service I received was outstanding,not only are their products of high quality, it's also the wonderful and very helpful staff that make your shopping experience pleasurable.Highly recommend Pretty Little Designs to anyone who is looking for home organising.I really have to add to this review. I have to say I can't get over the exceptional service that this company provides. I received a parcel from this company today and one of the pieces was damaged.With no hesitation it was replaced and the fact the company apologised for any inconvenience I was blown away.I had a reply straight away and all sorted in no time.Thank you Jade for your prompt correspondence with me.Once again GREAT SERVICE.

Representatives from this company are excellent to deal with. They respond quickly to your emails and are ready to resolve any concerns or requests you may have.And the products they sell are great. The pantry labels I ordered look fantastic and are excellent quality.The multiple glass/bamboo pantry canisters I ordered will be very practical in the pantry, look exquisite and be more hygienic to store pantry staples in, rather than using Tupperware.

Love their high quality products and that they're local to WA. My package was lost in transit and they promptly followed up and resent my order. Love the items and their customer service.

Again I write this review as you did not publish the first one. Bought 2 pairs salt/pepper shakers,one of each pair was faulty.You said would refund the faulty ones and store credit the other two. I don't want a store credit as I will never buy from you again. Items returned a month ago and the silence is deafening. No credit, no refund. So you have the products and my money. Attached is receipt from Australia Post for the returns. Consumer Affairs is my next port of call.ADDENDUM:Please note that I have been contacted by Pretty Little Designs and there has been a serious glitch with our internet services. All our issues were discussed and we have come to a very amiable solution. Thank you for the contact and assurances it was greatly appreciated.A follow-up email sent to me today was again returned to the Company. I will have to use my other account as this one has serious flaws. A phone call this afternoon dealt with the issues raised in the email.Again, thank you for restoring my confidence in Australian business and making me feel that I matter.
