Good range of furniture and technology. They often have sales which bring the price down to be very competitive. The staff are helpful and are willing to give you the time required.The website was easy to use and the selection, availability and price in store was consistent with the website.Undercover parking available.

Bought a mobile phone here today. Tim has the best customer service I had ever experience in my whole life. Frank and friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, worked over time to help with the transfer of the data and even allow us to take the trade in phone back to complete the transfer. Will get back to him tomorrow to return the phone and say thank you in person again. Highly recommended, anything you need for phones and computers, Tim is the best.

This is the best store to buy all your electronics. You get amazing quality stuff and gets delivered on time.Special mention to Vincent who is best sales person, I have ever met. He has lot of patience and explains the spec in detail and give us proper comparisons on the versions products. Pros :Location is fantastic. Good parking large spaces. Just beside the highway. All items including electronics, gadgets, beddings, mattress, furniture, food everything available here. Even a small cafe. Prices and sale are very good. Staffs are very cooperative and good.Staffs helped me personally to check and finalize all the products.Cons:Large store. Need more engaging atmosphere.

Bought a TV set off the floor last Sunday and the salesman was unable to locate the remote control that went with it, so gave us a generic one instead with a promise that he would order one for us from LG and advise when it arrived. Waited till this Sunday with no word, so 'phoned and got a promise that someone would call back. After three 'phone calls and no one calling back, am unimpressed with the lack of service.

Bought a ps5 from the store after 6 months wait only to find out that box is all damaged and bent. Manager with grey hair and pony tail had an attitude too, refused to look for a “good conditions” box or any discount.Disappointing experience after a big purchase…

Ordered two chairs and one table. A chair was broken. I am attempting to contact for customer service via a phone call. I need to provide an evidence as images. Having email online would be extremely helpful to explain instead of calling, then getting their email and then email them evidence. Online customer service chat wasn't also available for any in-store purchase, which sort of defeats the purpose of existence.
