They are not friendly in Lakemba store.I was misleaded by the shopkeeper to purchase the book that i don't need.After an hour of purchasing I came back but he denied to refund and he laughed at me when i was leaving the shop.I will tell all of my friends and known people about that.Darussalam is bettter.

=== UPDATED REVIEW ===The business got in touch with me 3 weeks after my order to notify me that my shipment had been delayed due to limited stock and longer than usual importing times. I think that this totally understandable due to COVID-19 restrictions and I was very happy to receive an update.I only wished that they got in touch with me earlier as I had tried to reach out to them for an order update on multiple platforms. Leaving customers in the dark when it comes to the status of their purchases leads to mistrust and the business losing credibility in the eyes of their customers. If they had reached out to me earlier even with the news about my shipment being delayed, my overall experience would've been much better.I have now received confirmation that my order has been dispatched and that is why I have updated this review, please see below for my initial review.=== OLD REVIEW ===Rating: ⭑✩✩✩✩I made an online order earlier this month and my payment cleared the same week. See attached invoice for proof and please note that the orange box is there to cover personal information.Since placing my order I have not received any updates whatsoever. I tried contacting the business via their website contact form, email, WhatsApp and Facebook page but have received no response at all.I understand that times are tough and some shipping delays are to be expected but not receiving any responses from the business is deeply troubling.I believe what the business is doing, distributing Islamic books and goods, is an important service and I want to see them succeed. So I'm really hoping that I'm given some reassurance by this business soon so that I can leave them a more favorable review and look forward to buying from them in the future.

I have ordered something more than a month ago, and till now I have not received any updates about my order. I have contacted them multiple times but no response.

I recently purchased my first copy of the Quran from here. The gentlemen working there was very helpful and took the time to explain the various English translations and providing his recommendations to me as someone who is wishing to begin learning about Islam. I will definitely be back to purchase more reading material as I study Islam further.

Ordered 3 zaky CD's a month prior for eid from this store after numerous times of contacting them they still did not send of refund the 3 cds just kept saying next week InshaAllah , but refunded $10 for out of stock dates on the order, still have no idea why they never sent or refunded the other $60 for the CD's.

I have been to others stores in Lakemba no comparison between them and this store . Prices are economical and good customer service. Surely you will have a good experience. Must visit .
