LCS Air were excellent, very helpful, thorough and professional in their servicing and repair of my air conditioning unit. Adam was also amazing, coming last minute to fix my unit and doing a fantastic job. Thanks a lot Adam.

AVOID THIS MOB!Sent out a pair of Inexperienced blokes who drilled into a water pipe and flooded part of my lounge room, which damaged a brand new rug!It's been 3 weeks since the incident and have had no contact to repair the damaged wall, finish the a/c installation or to replace the damaged rug.Also have been questioned about the legitimacy of the damage done to the rug. It's clear this company has no intent to do the right thing by people, and run at the sight of trouble.I hope no one else goes through this experience!AVOID!

Would like to personally thank Layth the technician who attended my mothers house today to install fan that was broken he was so polite and helpful he explained everything he did and was patient with her showing how to use control panel as was confusing for her.I would 100% recommended LCS Air to all my family and friends.ThanksJohn Christopher

Laith and Alex were Friendly, Prompt and quick with repairing my AC Unit. Very happy with their work.

The team was really responsive and punctual, especially Adam who was the technician who came to my property to fix everything up.They did give me actual turn around times on the first visit to order a few damaged units, came back and fixed everything within the promised timelines.Great customer service and responsiveness.

Took over an existing venue, AC unit carked it. My AC technician examined the unit found the stickers of the past serviceman being LCS AIR.When I originally rang and asked what work they had undertaken, I was lied to and told they had only serviced and replaced one small part.After contacting Fujitsu directly I found they had undertaken a large amount of work on the units replacing the part it self that had been so poorly installed and many others. We also showed photos of the work to them directly and they were appalled with the quality of the installation.The workmanship which you can see in the photos below is of the poorest standard, when in contact with David the owner he acknowledged the installation looks terrible however could not be of any factor in the part failing before it should have, quite the contrary to what my own technician and Fujitsu stated.My advice if this is the standard of work that LCS AIR are happy to stand behind STEER CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS!!

Les and Hamish were unbelievable when installing my new split system. Very polite and helpful, took great care in leaving my place spotless. Should have asked them to clean the rest of the house, ha ha! Thanks guys, it was a pleasure dealing with you!

LCSair were great to deal with and know their stuff. We had a tight roof cavity which we thought would be impossible to install AirTouch but they got it to work! Adam and Layth were professional and friendly. Thank you!
