I chose Keogh since he advertised having Reverse Mortgage specialisation. I was required to have legal advice about RM by Heartland RMs despite having had two previous RMs with that company i.e. I didn't need further advice since the contracts were standard. But it was stipulated. $781 for those services including a 40 minute 'conference' (@$94 per 15 minutes) in which Mr Keogh dithered over details and re-read much of the contract which he had already charged 40 minutes for doing (@$94 per 15 minutes) . . . I know legal advice appears expensive, but . . . Get a quote!
