My last colour was done by a fabulous older lady named Michelle. Yesterday I went for a root touch up prior to an important trip. I was dismayed to find this Michelle no longer works there. My hair always came out natural looking when she did my foils. So I asked for another experienced colourist. Another person named Michelle did my hair. It took her over 3 hours (without a blow dry), pretty excessive considering the other Michelle used to do a much better job in half the time. I wasn't even offered a beverage, which is their policy as per signs all over the wall. She assured me she could match my hair colouring from previous. Well she's an absolute liar! My hair is ruined. It looks absolutely disgusting. It's very dark and unnatural looking with large wide tiger stripes everywhere and there's no time to get it fixed prior to my trip so now I'll have to wear hats everywhere even at night. I'm devastated. She's ruined my trip which will in all likelihood spell the end of the most important relationship in my entire life. Thanks for nothing!! This Michelle was so rude, she couldn't even make conversation like a normal hair stylist. Never made eye contact with me once. Sooooooooooooo rude. Don't go to Michelle in Rockingham for a colour. She's the tall dark haired amazon. Guessing they can't afford the powerbill, because they never even bothered to turn the massage function on at the basin. The only reason for even 1 star review for this very expensive mess, is that you can't put less.

I got an appointment straight away, Brooke cut my hair & I'm extremely happy with it, the price was good too.

Horrified yesterday myself and my husband were at work. Some how my 10 year old daughter when out with family friends managed to get her hair cut at your establishment. Who does this to a 10 year old girl without questioning the adult who was with her. I expect a response.

My 7 year old son gets his haircut at another barbers every 6-8 weeks for the last 6 years and we have never had an issue. We visited your barbershop section as we were at the shops and on a time crunch and I wish we had of waited. Not only is my sons hair cut terrible, he was crying the entire time (which is not like him, but he remained still). The older lady cutting his hair was rude and clearly frustrated with my son for telling her that she was hurting him, which she ignored. She then tried to tell me I need to brush his hair every day to get his head used to the comb, that is very clearly not the cause and he does brush his hair every day, plus we have never had this issue before. I had my 1 year old with me who was screaming so I didn’t realise how bad things were until near the end of the hair cut and more so afterwards. My son was upset for the rest of the day and will be taking him to have his hair fixed at another barbers.

Like it here. $20 for a buzz cut is fair.

I was warmly welcomed and managed to walk straight in. I had a lovely hair wash and conditioned massage by Bria, I almost fell asleep at the bowl, I didn't want it to end, not rushed and very relaxing. Kellie took over the re-style. I showed her some photographs of what I was after, which was quite different from my current grown out style. We discussed my hair type and how the cut would suit my kind of fine hair and she set to work. Easily chatting but still very honed into what she was doing, she cut my hair with gentle precision. After a few more glances at my photos the finishing touches were tended to and I am a very happy bunny. Kellie has basically copied exactly what the photo was and has restored my faith in no appointment salons. I was not hesitant about asking for the look I was after, and the result is magic.I would highly recommend coming here or trying again if you haven't been for a while. And if you don't like something, say so! They're here to make you feel like a million dollars, and they succeeded with me today. 10/10, thank you Kellie & Bria.

Had my hair cut from long to short. Tanya did an amazing job took her time and patience to achieve the result I wanted could not of experience a better result and could not recommend her enough. Listens and takes her time very happy and will definitely return thank you Tanya x

Waited for an hour. Kept putting people ahead of me. Kids getting their haircuts first idk. Putting adults ahead of me when they just got there is not.
