I love visiting this shop and always leave feeling as if I have been so well looked after. I enjoy the personal, honest touch and Therese is so professional, with such a fountain of knowledge, she knows how to properly fit a bra to suit the individual. Such a gem and local too. Highly recommended. Thank you Therese.PS. I noticed that someone gave a review commenting on the cost of $25 for a fitting. I have to say that Therese never charged me as I intended to buy bras from her, but even if I had not ended up purchasing, I feel this would be a reasonable price for her expertise. After all, most professions have certain fixed/call out fees, to cover costs and I think its only fair to pay for a service, and keep our sole traders in business.

I cannot recommend Secrets 4 Women enough. Therese was amazing, she listened to my needs and found me just what I was after. Made me feel gorgeous again after so long breastfeeding my son! Thank you Therese :)

You certainly don’t get the personal service you offer online and that in itself is well worth paying for. Knowing when I have made a purchase from you it is good quality, fits well and is always comfortable is worth paying for. I would encourage every female to try your specialized service and to support you not only as a local business but also a business that offers that long lost art of personalized customer service.

Absolutely the best possible professional friendly and expert assistance given by Therese Thorp and her staff. Redlands is extremely lucky to have such a wonderful business here in Cleveland. I have lived in many parts of the world and always been been fitted for my underwear. Unhappily I have had two mastectomies and need specialised help which is always forthcoming at Secrets4 Women. I was delighted after travelling distances to be fitted to discover this shop a number of years ago. I can't recommend Therese highly enough. A very friendly highly experienced fitter running a great small business. I have read through some of the reviews and am amazed at the unconscionable reviews being assigned to this business. I have been present in this store when women of obvious other nationalities have been there and never witnessed any racist behaviour or bad attitude. Please ignore bad reviews Therese and continue with the wonderful service you provide us all .
