R.M.Williams Claremont Quarter

The products are fantastic - I've had a pair of boots for almost 7 years and I love them - but my god the staff at Claremont need some training in customer service. They have consistently been rude and pretentious, treating customers like they are taking precious time out of their day to answer questions. If your boots are worn because you, you know, wear them like a normal person, they look down on you in their most smug and sanctimonious way, seemingly forgetting that they are, in fact, the customers property and can do with them what they wish, including, but not limited to, wearing them!Bit of a rant, but seriously, if you want some boots (and you should, they're amazing) shop online. All of the stores in Perth have terrible ratings and the key theme is 'customer service'. Funny that...

Took a pair of RM boots to get resoled, great service, they are 30 yrs old , hopefully the RM team can sort them out for me.

Probably one of the best all round customer service experiences I've had. I have had a pair of boots for years which needed some repairs and I also bought a new pair of boots. All of the staff have a great knowledge of the products and made some excellent recommendations. The boots are great. They're expensive but last years and years longer than anything else.

I had such a great experience buying my first pair of R.M Williams shoes in Claremont. Ben went above and beyond to make sure my first pair of shoes fit like a glove. His knowledge and understanding of the make of the shoe was evident when he was bringing out multiple different shoes to try on. With his expertise, we found my first pair of shoes that fit perfectly. Ben had a kind nature, was extremely professional and genuine. I was so happy with his service and would come back because of it. Thank you Ben, I love my shoes. I'm being very careful with them!

Bought a pair of boots a month ago and with in weeks a damage was identified.I liaised directly with RM Williams as this is not a new sale and didn’t expect store staff to be enthusiastic.After couple of weeks got an email from Customer service stating replacement can be done in the local store (Claremont).Went to the store only to realise the replacement pair is not ready and will have to wait another 2 weeks. Store had one job that was to arrange the replacement pair as per the email from customer service and they failed at it.Great brand but really disappointed with the service for the premium price.

The staff at the Claremont store were fantastic and very accommodating. I had an issue with my boots which had been purchased from a different store, but they really embodied the RM Williams ethos of customer care, and went above and beyond to help resolve the situation
