Leroy and the team at Skyspan were amazing to deal with from start to finish. Our project is in Brisbane, but that was no drama for them at all, they just flew up for a site measure then again for the install. Delivered and installed as promised and a 100% quality product. We are extremely happy with our feature skylights in the new build.

Extreme disappointment with our recent purchase of 2 Velux VSS skylights and extender pole/manual winder, purchased online from SkySpan for $2,547.29. The products arrived and were removed from their boxes and packaging with existing damage to the wooden moulding and a broken holder attachment on the pole winder. See photos attached.Additionally, the custom flashing supplied with the skylights was undersized by over 3mm, which made it impossible to fit around the skylight. When our very experienced builder contacted the office to describe the problem and request assistance, he was told quite dismissively by the salesperson just to “shoehorn” it over, which in fact he had already tried to do before contacting your office. The size discrepancy however was too great to allow this. In fact, the receptionist informed us that the same complaint had been made by a number of other customers.Clearly quality control procedures are inadequate as the products supplied do not meet acceptable consumer standards i.e. new, undamaged, fit for purpose skylights and flashing as advertised on the website, which are able to be installed without alteration.Attempts to contact the company about this via email went unanswered for months. Customer service non-existent.

Me being a contractor, I found them to be very knowledgeable and quick to despatch.

They don't deal with general public, was extremely rude when I did get through on the phone. Very disappointed and will not be recommending for any up coming projects.

Recorded message said if you are public go to the website. Difficult to talk to a website. I only wanted to ask a question. Not very professional. I will find someone else

Disinterested and arrogant? Or just completely incompetent as sales staff ?

Couldn't be any less help or show any less interest if they tried, been communicating with Rob through email when he bothered to respond wanting to come up with a solution for a skylight, they claim to make custom skylights and yet when asking for custom length tube they say no doesn't exist, no we don't stock anything like that, no solution given and ignored my message asking if he could recommend anything.. really came off more like i was just wasting his time .. don't waste your time or money they clearly don't want business

first time dealing with this company . what a discrace they can't even let me know where my stuff is in delivery as they have no contact . with driver and as for customer care there is none and poor phone conducted . this is a very poor running company in my opinion
