Not impressed with my hair at all. First time with this salon and probably not going back.The hair wash was actually nice and relaxing. The lovely lady did an amazing job. However, the haircut turned out really bad. I have shown a picture of the style but my final look was the opposite. I was really sad and wanted to get it done and leave the shop. It was uncomfortable, the hairdryer was way too hot, uneven hair all round and some parts of my hair are ridiculously short. Definitely going to have fix my hair somehow. Really sad.P.S. I didn’t want to tell them in person because I don’t know what they can do to make it better. The whole time I just want to leave the shop.

The lady hairdresser is lovely and does a good job. I am not sure about the male owner however - it always feels like he is raising his voice at his staff. It makes me uncomfortable so I won’t be returning.

If you want a great cut and colour I can recommend this salon. From the attention to detail when you first walk in to the service and the massage chairs at the basin. Very happy with my colour which looks vibrant yet natural. It does get busy on the weekends but well worth the wait.

Worst salon!! Definitely go to this salon if you want to get your hair burnt. Went there for my hair straightening the guy ( I think he is the owner) put the product in my hair and kept attending other customers. He left the product for too long on my hair. When I reminded him, he came back and washed my hair and all my hair started falling out. While he was washing my hair he kept murmuring he can’t ignore other clients.I lost 50% of my hair. Literally 3/4th length of my hair fell out and the rest is burnt and coily. I have to live with it until it grows out. I have lots of hair so it’s not noticeable to others unless I mention to them. Not only he burnt my hair he charged full amount. He is also not gentle with my kids haircut, my kids keep complaining whenever we went to this salon. I do believe them now after my experience with this guy. NEVER stepping into this salon.

The owner of this place doubles his price every 6 months saying “products are now going up” every single time. I would recommend other salons around high street who charge way more cheaper for the same job. The price always doubles or triples when you come next time, wouldn’t recommend.

Worst place for getting a hair cut in the area. Not only the quality is very poor, but the price is ridiculous elevated. If you don't want to get ripped off, I'd recommend to avoid this place.
