I have being using Ativ's services for approximately 8 years for alterations to professional and personal clothing items, and I have never been disappointed by the quality of service and work. I always have appreciated te honest suggestions provided when I was uncertain with regards to some alterations. Sometimes, they made me change my mind, sometimes they did not but tgere was respect from both sides. Only once, something had not been completed to my expectation, but it was fixed in one day. I always have high expectations for any provided professional service, as I have high expectations of myself when I provide professional service to others, and I sincerely can only recommand Ativ to anybody who gives priority to quality. Prices are fair, compared to competitive businesses.

Highly recommend! The service was prompt, professional and perfect! Add to that, the lovely ladies were friendly and delightful to deal with.

My wife and I have been coming here for years and these folks are FANTASTIC. Victoria, Roksana, Tania and everyone are so friendly, so professional, and you just can't do better. Had a bad experience at this shop, need something urgently altered for a work interview and these guys charged me more than what I paid for the article of clothing !When I went to pick it up it wasn’t ready ! So I had to go to Chadstone after hours to buy something ELSE for my interviewVery unprofessionalNo apologies from themThey still charged me full price when I picked it upAnd they where rude to me through out the whole ordealNo one was in charge of the shopAll the staff where hiding out the back because they didn’t want to deal with meNever ever going back to this place

Ativ did an incredible job with a quite fiddly dress I needed shortened - it looks absolutely perfect. Oksana was so talented and friendly. I will definitely be returning for all my alteration needs.
