El is wonderful. Very thorough in understanding clients needs. a lovely holistic but practical approach. massage was relaxing and therapeutic and i look forward to doing some other therapies such as breath work as she creates a wonderful space.

I am very impressed with the quality of care and attention that El provides me from the beginning of my sessions until the end. With very little guidance she was able to find all of my tender and trigger points in my body and release them. After my sessions I always feel lighter and more freely able to move in my body which helps with everyday stress of work life as well as my training. Couldn’t recommend enough.

It was a great experience, just getting me to relax and forgetting stuff for an hour and how just gentle she gets me into and then just gentle how she brings me back into my body is great, massage itself was amazing, exactly what I needed

I have been coming to Jayde Healing massage therapy for 5 months. In this time I have seen a significant improvement in muscle recovery time.My program has now extended into general wellness coaching. Including nutritional planning and personal stress management techniques. As well as advice on improving movement and flexibility. In all areas I've had great results. Definitely recommend!
