As a previous performer in both the Bailar Productions mens and men and women’s performance teams I would recommend their courses to any dancers who may be interested in the live performance experience.The courses offer the opportunity to train in a team environment with fellow dancers whom you get to share the journey with as you learn the choreography and refine the steps during training. During the process the opportunity presents to grow as a performer and develop a synergy with the music and your fellow dancers as you become more and more polished with the routine which culminates with a live performance at the annual showcase.The course offers you the chance to enhance your dance skills and may also challenge your comfort zone to propel you to reach new heights with dance.The sensation that you receive from the performance can be a magnificent feeling as you are able to become immersed in the moment when you are on stage and become fully present to the energy of the room and the crowd.The experience of performing and having the crowd receptive to the energy you are creating can leave you feeling somewhat of a natural high as the efforts you have put in leading up to the performance is all left on the dance floor in that moment. The choreography is top notch and the training, fun and enjoyable .All in all, I found it to be a valuable experience and would recommend it to any dancer to try.

Bailar Productions opened my world to performing and I am so grateful! I've completed two Latin style performance courses and have loved every moment of training and performing. The choreographers are very creative and skilled, and have taught me how to dance to the music rather than to the counts. Performing with Bailar has also improved my everyday social dancing as I have more confidence to express myself and play with musicality.Highly recommend to give it a try, you'll get multiple opportunities to perform the one routine you've worked your bum off for, and you'll make some great new friends!

So much fun energy - especially Genevieve! They really know their technique too. I'm new to Perth and the team took time to learn my name which meant a lot to me.

I acted on a New Years resolution last year and started taking salsa lessons at Bailar Productions. A year later, I still go, they’re that good! Really good teachers and other students, in a very friendly classroom type studio environment (rather than a noisy bar). They totally opened up my eyes to a salsa scene in Perth I didn’t even know existed. If you wanna have fun, learn to dance, meet great people and hit your 10,000 step count in the process, I couldn’t recommend them more highly!!

Due to Corona, I am doing the Bailar classes on line and they are fantastic! Wonderful for learning technique, the teachers are methodical and fun to learn from. The great thing about online is that I can pause it and rewind when I need more practice throughout the class. 30min over the internet is a great work out! Thank you for giving me something fun to do whilst were all stuck at home.

For the last 13 years dancing and searching for a dancing studio which made me feel welcome and comfortable. This is the first dancing studio give me the that buzz feeling. I hope Bailar would continue to grow and be a part of the perth community. ❤️
