Warren Ward refrigeration were extremely untidy - made a mess when installing the ducts in the ceiling (dust & plasterboard littered computer and other electronic surfaces - no drop sheets were laid prior to cutting). No drop sheets in new born baby room either (see pic). The technicians helped themselves to our vacuum cleaner to superficially clean up their extensive mess throughout the house (filter was clogged and ended up having to be thrown out). Cigarette butts littered the property once the installed was finished. A/C was programmed incorrectly and subsequent re-work had to be carried out.Do yourselves a favour and stay clear of this mob, there are far more deserving businesses out there that would do a far better job. Zero care factor and zero respect.

Warren Ward was recommended to me by my neighbour who bought two split systems from them and was very happy with the service. I was also very happy with the prompt and professional service they provided last week when I also bought a Mitsubishi split system. Highly recommend them.

They turned up when they said they would. Removed boots each time they entered my house and wore masks for the entire job. Both men were courteous throughout the install. They were also very careful working around our brand new kitchen. Thank you Warren Ward!! Highly recommend for a fast and easy install.
