Doors Plus Springvale

Helpful but very expensive. Building looks shabby, run down and in dire need of renovation on the outside at least. Don't mind paying a reasonable amount for quality but $2700 for an unpainted timber sliding door fitted (barn style, not cavity slider) is ridiculous. On top of that, a 3-4 month wait after you've signed their contract and paid 95%!! I dont expect that they make many sales at those prices and terms.

From the sales person to the installation trades, we had a great experience. We would highly recommend Doors Plus Campbellfield to anyone needing new doors.

Everything was great, from the initial engagement to selection, deposits, etc. I came in knowing what I wanted with all the measurements.I understand they get a contractor to do the work, but this was quite upsetting to see the quality of the work afterwards. Walls dented slightly, marks all over and part of the frame needed to be cut, but is not straight. I suggest putting up some cloths or something before you get work done, or if you have time, babysit the job. Not a direct reflection of Doors Plus, but nonetheless still a reflection.*EDIT* I have emailed them as per below. Still have not heard back, not a good sign for after service care.

Doors Plus Too Much Fuss. I never followed through with the order of a screen door with Doors Plus as after the initial order there was a complete lack of customer service. Initial service to the point of quotation and paying a deposit was fine, but the service stopped there. Was assured the initial measure and quote would happen within a week but I ended up having to chase a contractor and push him to get it done.After several weeks of no contact I had to call for an update and investigation of why my order wasn’t progressing. I then found that my order had halted at the warehouse because they wanted more money than initially quoted as my front door was “non standard”.Surely a door company would be able to make a screen door to fit an existing door, but this seemed to be a hassle they couldn’t be bothered with so they just decided to ignore my order and leave me hanging.The complete lack of customer service lead me to cancelling the order and getting my deposit money back. Even after the run around and the quote price going up, it turned out to be excessively expensive anyway so I’m very happy that I went elsewhere.

We purchased a garage door from Doors Plus and Urvish was really helpful. He went out of his way to ensure that the whole process was really smooth and he also adjusted the timeline to suit our availability. It was a really hassle-free experience

Deelipa at Doors Plus Springvale helped us to choose our new black bifold doors. We are absolutely thrilled with the result. The light and style have transformed the room. Bill did the installation and did a wonderful job. So professional, friendly and tidy to boot!

Ordered a security door through doors plus clayton in early April, and as a previous review (Mit) mentioned his experience, i unfortunately went through the exact same experience. Security Door was ready for installation in Mid May which was verbally said to me in 4 different phone calls which i had to make. Doors plus never made a phone call to me and i constantly had to be the one following up. I then find out that (Mid June) no one at the store knew where the door was despite being told ready for installation a fitter will call you". So if i didn't investigate i would be waiting and waiting and waiting.In the end i decided to cancel my order (today) and they refused to refund my deposit despite the run around and horrible customer service.My advice is to avoid doors plus at all cost"

Doors plus Springvale were fantastic and Dave who served me was a really genuine bloke who certainly new a lot about doors and gave me the best advice and service i could possibly get. I would highly recommend Doors plus Springvale to anyone that is looking to replace or purchase a new door. Lastly the installation service was exceptional and Glen the carpenter who arrived to replace my old door was very polite and super efficient and the craftmanship was excellent 10 out of 10. Great work Doors plus i will definitely be back.
