Great service from staff, both office & tradespeople.After visiting the office last week, I didn't realise I had dropped an ear ring. I received a phone call from the office girl to ask did loose one. I said yes. She said she would try & give it to the electrician coming to my place to do a job. I said if she didn't manage to get it to him I would call & pick it up. The next day it was in my mail box in an envelope. That I call excellent service". I am certainly very impressed with the service I received. I will be informing the Company of the excellent staff service."

I had a hot water system and air conditioner replaced. The prices were very reasonable. The guys turned up on time. They were all polite, courteous and professional. The jobs were done in a timely manner and they cleaned up any mess. I will definitely be using WES Mackay again. 100% recommend them. Thanks Dirk and boys for 2 jobs well done.

We had 6 split systems installed in one day. They came at 7am just like it was scheduled for and left by 4pm. These guys were very professional and explained everything from start to finish. Left the house clean and tidy. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

Had Lloyd come out to unclog a overflow relief and to install new seals in the under sink U pipe.. Called 30 minutes before attending and was professional and extremely quick. Hands up for the bloke for even cleaning up the raw sewage without any hesitation or complaints. Would 100% recommend.
