Civic Motel
The staff were terrific but seriously this old place is well past its use by date. The room was clean and comfortable - microwave, jug, small TV and bar fridge - heater and air con. Bath and Toilet clean and shower was nice and hot. Parking is a bit hit and miss, first in best dressed. I would give it 3.5 stars but can't.

Jim Lloyd is so friendly, welcoming and accommodating - an excellent host! Also the room was clean cosy and peaceful, neat and tidy. They also went out of their way to contact me that an early check in was available free of charge. Thanks Jim!

Apart from no Wifi or breakfast, lovey comfy beds, lovely staff, and manager looked after us , great kitchen equipment, just a skip and hop from busy main St, and pub across the Rd, will be returning!!

Very noisy rooms. Could not sleep all night due to the sound of other rooms. Additionally the bed was very tiny. 1.90 length which it very small.

Just stayed 3 Nights. The Room was neat, clean and tidy with the Staff very helpful. Great location in the town. Thanks to Keith and the rest of the Staff .Steve M.

Stayed only a night but the rooms were super clean and tidy. Jodi who helped to book the room was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely would love to return for another stay if we are passing through Grafton.

The lady I booked with was cheerful, helpful and friendly. Check-in was easy. The room was clean with comfortable beds and the shower was nice and hot. I would stay there again.
