The level of service was exceptional. The communication was spot on from start to finish and they turned up when they said they would for both the quote and install. The guys on the days were all very professional, polite and worked well together.

I contacted Middleton's on the phone for a quote and within minutes of me sending my floor plan through via email, I had the quote I wanted, with all the specifications, information and a video to watch if the product and its use in the home. Amazing service!

Middleton's gave us some excellent advice when we enquired about upgrading the heating in my mother in laws property. On the day of the installation, their tradesmen arrived on time and got straight to work. The quality of the work was excellent and they cleaned up afterwards and removed the mess and the old heater. A plasterer then arrived and patched up the holes in the plasterboard where the old heater had been. We were so impressed that we had them replace the 20+ year old ducted air-conditioning in our house and my daughter had them install 2 split systems in her newly constructed home. The experiences of those 2 jobs were identical to the first. We found the company very easy to deal with. No nonsense and their staff very knowledgeable. We can highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

I had a Breezair EXQ 170 Evaporative Cooler installed last week by Middleton's and can thoroughly recommend them.My first contact was with Dean, he was most helpful and knowledgeable taking time to explain the features and benefits of the various units and advising on what model based on my floor plan.The very neat installation was done by their two installers who obviously take great pride in their workmanship.(I liked the fact that the installers weren't contractors but were actual Middleton employees, believe me it does make a difference)All staff I had contact with including the girls in the office were pleasant, efficient and a pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much trouble.Thanks guys you all did a great job on the supply and install of my new Breezair.

Middletons retrofitted hydronic heating six years ago. I'm still have problems with it. Problems included; heating no going on because boiler pressure kept falling, the boiler blew up, a major leak in one room requiring insurance claim for new carpet and a number of minor leaks. It seams that they may have used a smaller gauge copper piping than usual and gaskets and seals have failed. The seals for this smaller piping is apparently difficult to obtain. The servicemen were always polite but I wonder now if they knew what they were doing. I wish I had gone with someone more expert in hydronics. That being said, when it works it is a very comfortable warmth.

Simon's team did a fantastic job installing a hydronic system in our old Victorian. They were careful, considerate, friendly and professional. They spent lots of time explaining what they were doing and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommended.
