Pedders Suspension & Brakes Penrith

I'm not normally one to do reviews but this is very much deserved.Di and the team at Pedders Suspension Penrith were nothing short of amazing and are specialists in their trade. I was trying to reconcile a claim with my insurance company for over a year with no luck. I went in to Pedders explained my situation and in no time at all had completed an accident report. They did not just provide me with a paper report and sent me on my way. I had left with an education piece, Di had given me a thorough explanation with what the diagnosis found, what it mechanically meant and how I would be able to resolve this issue. I was then able to have an educated discussion with my insurance provider on the nature of the repairs needed and had evidence to support my claim. Long story short my vehicle has been repaired and they did an awesome job!Great Workmanship, Great Customer Service, Great Value

Was extremely happy with the workmanship, upon finishing my car they took me into the workshop to show what has been done and what needs to be replaced soon. Allowing this to happen gave me peice of mind there was no rubbish talk about what needs fixing. Thanks Pedders for your A+ service!

Dropped our car for an inspection but due to an emergency later that day was not going to be able to pick it up. When I phoned to explain the amazing staff arranged to deliver the car with a full report explaining everything I needed to know. Can't express how much I appreciated this amazing customer service. Above and beyond!!!!

I contacted three local suspension shops and Pedders Penrith were the only shop to reply to my online enquiries. Service provided on the day of my brake install was warm and friendly. I won't hesitate to return as good customer service is hard to find.

I had problems with a new suspension Pedders installed on my Mustang and complained a few times but couldn’t get the suspension to demonstrate what was wrong. I went back after the warranty lapsed to check everything was tight, complained again about what the front suspension was doing and they sent a tech with me after I found a section of road that I could demonstrate the problem on. No problem from that point on, both shockies were replaced even though we’ll outside warranty. Today I went back to have everything checked and they also through in a wheel alignment. My experience with everyone at Pedders Penrith has been exceptional.

My daughter went down to get a check up on her new (used) car.Thankfully she told me before booking anything in they quoted repairs for things not needing to be replaced also outrageous prices!After a second opinion there was a few bushes needing placing.When I called up to question this, the lady was very rude and out right lied.Best be careful, there is other Suspension places in penrith who wont try and steal your money!

Lovely staff, quality work, and they keep in stock an extremely reputable product that not only makes your car ride so much smoother but gives you longer life in your suspension components than the 'no name' stuff out there. They have a workshop that is extremely efficient, they are honest and hardworking and don't knock you back if you are 2 months out of warranty and come back with a warranty problem. NO BULL" is most certainly applicable to THIS branch!!I wholeheartedly recommend them."
