I think my biggest 'pet hate' when dealing with tradies is having to chase them. I'd rather upfront honesty and say its not a job you want to take on board instead of saying they sent an email and need to get back to the office to resend it when you are literally telling me you are looking at the 'sent' email and that it is un opened on my end. If that was the case, you just resend it then and there otherwise......there was no email to begin with. SMH
