Went through drive-thru on Sunday (4 days ago) and they were completely out of burgers and wouldn't substitute for wraps. Went in tonight again through drive-thru and still out of burger and on top of that out of chicken. How the hell does a chicken place have no chicken and have no burgers still after 4 days that's just disgusting. I'm very disappointed especially since pregnancy cravings had me wanting KFC and now I can't satisfy those cravings.

LAST SUPPERHalving the size of your large chips while keeping the prices the same and hoping your customers don't notice is NOT an effective cost saving strategy! Well done, KFC food chain. You've just lost another family customer. Not affordable enough anymore, and definitely not worth wasting our thinning, struggling wallets on on this price hike riddled society.Despite this, Belicia was great with excellent customer service. Very apologetic for our missed items and very prompt correct our order. Keep it up.

These guys are constantly getting orders wrong. More than once , I arrived home with our meal to discover that there were missing items. I recommend checking your order before leaving the establishment.

The worst KFC ever.This is food delivery staff, tonight(29/04/2023) about 8pm. I went for picking up our customer's food. I was the last one to pick up the order at KFC. There were this two young men staff(I think they're teenage, both man), one of them started cleaning the floor inside the kitchen and the other one was doing something in the kitchen. This guy who was doing cleaning started chatting and playing with this other mate and I've waited for 20mins to get our customer's food. It was already cold. BECAUSE the food had already been ready 10mins ago and it was on the counter for the whole time. Finally they realised that the food was being left alone on the counter. This mates started packing with seal and it wasn't even attached at all and I had to fix it. Thank god the customer didn't give me complain about the food being cold.However this is about our customer, I'm responsible for the food as well. By the time I got the food at KFC, this mate still talking to other mate and didn't even apologise. I want this mates fired IMMEDIATELY.

Asked about a specialon your AP, your employee had no idea!, My question was do you have the $9 three piece meal on the AP only or can I order through you, just a flat no sorry, we don't that?!...You do cause the AP says you do and then I asked for a three peice meal with hot and spicy the young girl states sorry, we don't have any hot and spicy.... That's it, noIt will be ready in 10mins"

Bought a 6 piece pack with potato, gravy and chips. Got it home, well this chicken was dark brown in colour, looked to me like it was left over from yesterday and cooked again. Was very dry as well. Tried ringing shop about this matter, but phonecut off before starting to ring. You sold me rubbish, then I couldn't get in touch with you to discuss the matter. Won't be back , JK.

The drive thru is one of the slowest I've ever experienced. Even when there were 2 cars ahead of me it was a minimum 15 minute wait. I tried ordering online and collecting in store in hopes it would be a fast process. Only marginally.

Ordered sunkist drink given the no sugar sunkist drink was flat. Potato and gravy disgusting and fluffy. Looks like it had been made let go cold reheated and same again 3-4 times gravy thick and disgusting won’t be back any time soon. Not the first time lately that food tastes off

I don’t think I will be going back anymore. Waited 40-45 minutes in drive through (wasn’t even a full drive through..) only to get a cold burger and half full chips. Not even a “sorry for the wait” when I eventually got the food. Too many times have I had orders wrong. I would rather (and will be) driving to the KFC in the next suburb if I ever have a kfc craving. This used to be such a good KfC but in the last year I have gotten so many orders messed up.

The KFC sliders I got here via the drive-thru were fresh, tasty and hot; so I reckon they'd just been cooked. The short interactions I had with the staff were friendly, so no gripes there. The drive-thru process did take a little longer than expected though.
