Shane and Glenn provide a fantastic, friendly service. They are extremely responsive to enquiries and deliver a top quality job. The dog door they installed into my glass sliding door is great quality and easy to use and secure. The frosted glass panels installed by my front door look fantastic. Shane completed both installations quickly and left the area clean and tidy afterward. Their pricing was extremely competitive. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who needs a dog door installed or just for general glass replacements.

The dog door is great quality and the finish job is of high standard :) Our balcony door was a tough challenge especially being the second floor, Shane remained professional & ended up doing an excellent job. EG Glass installed a dog door into my new timber door.I was quoted $450 for the supply and installation of a dog door and the supply and installation of the glass with hole.The timber beading was removed from the door to remove the old piece of glass. To say they butchered it is an understatement. I had to spend an hour cleaning up the timber with a chisel to get it to an acceptable finish.The glass that was installed fit really well and was installed to an acceptable standard. I did however have to re silicone the glass in as there where several gaps in the silicone to allow water ingress.EG Glass failed to supply a new dog door and instead used one that I had bought and installed it back to front.They left without installing new timber beads and said that was up to me to source and install myself.After not being happy with the way they left the job. I emailed Glenn immediately and stated the issues, I also tried calling several times. It took near on 6 weeks for Glenn to finally return my email and my experience with coming to an agreement has been difficult as I had to basically redo the whole job myself.Overall I wouldn't recommend using EG Glass.- poor communication- Poor quality of work and workmanship

Awesome service. Shane was punctual very friendly and did a great job. Would highly recommend. Also much cheaper than other installers. No need replace glass. If you need a pet door don't look anywhere else, give them a call.
