By far the most helpful job network I've had the pleasure of working with. Jannie has been really helpful and is a lot of fun to work with especially when job searching gets difficult.

Disrespectful and incompetent workers.I tell them I'm getting a doctor certificate, they wasted my time printing out a doctor's certificate to fill out which was unnecessary because the doctor prints off their own forms that have been filled out on their computer and printed out. They don't acknowledge the fact when you do have a medical certificate exemption and they still make appointments for you even though you are exempt from doing anything. There is no reception desk when you walk in and the place is massively unorganised.I have had my coordinator changed multiple times and so I'm never able to remember who I see because they keep changing.

I've been a client with atwork since early 2020, having dealt with two case managers in my time I've been treated with the utmost respect and always feel welcome. My life changes put me out of work but I've never once felt lesser for not having found work, my case managers instead focus on what we can work towards rather than the roadblocks of the past. All the staff are lovely and seem to enjoy their work environment which makes for a nice atmosphere.

This place was good, WAS.The lack of communication from this office and this whole company is absolutely horrific.I had an appointment booked on a day they know I work, I tried to get in contact days prior to let them know and I couldn't get in touch.I have emailed, called, texted.I have sat on hold for hours and hours and hours to receive no solutions. My payment is on hold, no one will help.My provider won't reply.Phones don't help even after hours of being on hold. They just said oh we'll call your worker" "He didn't answer sorry"Emailing doesn't help.I feel absolutely terrible for anyone with this company who doesn't have any other income because they'd be completely screwed. This company needs direct lines to the offices

I attended an appointment with my partner at the Salisbury location and I was pleasantly surprised as we were greeted with friendly staff and big smiles - which was given to every body who walked through the door. This makes all the difference when walking into a somewhat daunting interview for some!Thank you

They really go the extra mile for youIf you can’t find work with atwork, definitely your choice.I mean you’re able to send text and communicate that way instead of waiting in queue for someone to maybe answer.Great people

I have been here a couple of times with my friend Charlotte and I'm not a fan. The waiting area is tiny and uncomfortable, even awkward since you can hear everything said behind the counter in all the meetings. Plus they regularly trigger my friends trauma when they call her in and I am the one who has to talk her out of a meltdown or depressive episode. They are completely insensitive to her disabilities and are ableists. I would not recommend this job network provider to anyone.
