Our old glass sliding door was not opening just scraping and jamming.We had a man come out from air tasker to fix our door but after he left, it jammed up again because he didn't put the stationary door back in properly. I rang Stephen from Lock and Roll Tracks. WOW! He has given me the best Christmas present ever! A door that slides so smoothly like new I had forgotten what that was like! New track, wheels and fixed the handle and lock as well.He is very knowledgeable knows his stuff.He is very efficient, polite and cleans up after himself. Stephen did a repair on our 35 year old cedar sliding door, which we couldn’t open any more due to worn rollers and track. He was polite, prompt, and communicated well. He swiftly emailed his detailed quote so we knew exactly what would be involved, along with the costing. He made sure he protected all areas where he worked, and cleaned up after the job. The door is extremely heavy, but after his repair, it glides almost on its own. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
