We've been coming here for a couple years now. It's definitely one of the better stocked and newer Woolies in Melb. I was chatting with one of the check out staff yesterday and he mentioned that their turnover is around $1.2 million a month, so there you go. Has a good selection of Asian groceries like tofu, baos and noodles to also meet the needs of the locals. I enjoy coming here.

Very bad customer service from the Asian lady called Su.I tried to return a faulty item Without paper receipt but with rewards card which stores all my shopping receipts. The front desk who should be new asked her opinion and she told her not to process because I don’t have any receipt and I could be purchased the item from other shop.If I wasn’t with two young children and don’t have time to waste. I will sure complaint to the store manager. Please do some customer service training especially with that arrogant lady.

I would have given minus. Worst customer service, wrong price on display. The lady at self serve was of no help and the person she engaged to review the cost , told us that the price tag was removed by customer and placed in front of the wrong product. She can’t help as she’s not from fresh meat department.This is our regular Woolies where we shop from. Really disappointed!

I’ve been frequenting woolworth glen since it opened. Loved it. Except recently I noticed that the trolley pushers purposely cleared all the trolleys without leaving one . Thus, Most people would just left the trolley with money still intact because it’s a hassle to push them all the way back . Is that how these trolley pushers make their tips?Happened to me many occasions .

Retraining all of your staff, especially the young lady who works at the online pick-up cashier count this afternoon around 5 pm, about your refund policy. Make sure they know the difference between the problem product refund and the customer changing their mind.Poor customer service, you do have a good location and a nice environment, but about your service, I couldn't say any good words.Feel embarrassed for your team.

Very poor customer service at this store. Your coin always get stuck in the trolleys. You can't get a trolley and you can't retrieve your coin. So the only thing to do is to get help from the staff. But 10 out of 10 times there's no one around to help. All the staff are at their posts already busy doing their jobs. That results in the self checkout assistant yelling something to me from 10 metres away, which is impossible to hear. This is such a busy store that I don't doubt they will make enough money to employ more assistants and also replace their trolley fleet. And what could be stopping them? Would it be a struggle to balance their books, or greed for more profit?

very bad feeling when you checkout the mashine not allow “you have something left in trolley”beacuse my kids sit there must ask staff，should be the camera working and I think that invasion of privacy also if anyone care
