My car Audi A4 for service one month ago by Chris . He is polite, helpful and professional, I highly recommend if you have European cars, Chris is honest and know his work well, with reasonable price . I am also happy that my car was washed after servicing and also noticed that he has a good team of mechanics servicing all types of Japanese car too. They are family owned business with a big reliable workshop. Thanks to Dennis and Tyrone.

I was recommended to this place by trusted family members who are good friends with the owners, only to be shocked by the service I recieved. When I picked my car up from them, I noticed my window making a rough sound as it went down and then wouldnt wind back up. (Never had a problem with it prior to dropping it off. It also passed road worthy). Naturally, I am left to assume something mustve happened while in the hands of the shop. So I respectively, ask for answers and if they could take a look at it or help me understand. Chris basically didnt want to hear a word I was saying and just wanted our conversation to end, arguing that I was just accusing! Shocking customer service as I have no reason to lie, them being friends of my family. I still have a week left before the given date to have my car re-assessed for RWC, only to be told Chris is refusing to provide the service they promised. The service I paid $250 for. Do better for your customers mate, wont be recommended to my family again.

Best value for money mechanic in the area. Highly recommended. They also do tyre service as well. I get my all my vehicles serviced by them. Have been using Reserve for over 10 years now.

If you want a genuine and honest service for your cars and vehicles, don't bother to look anywhere else but Reserve Cars.Have visited Dennis and his family team over the last 3 to 4 years, and they are probably the best you will find out there. Honest, genuine and very efficient with their work. Can't recommend them highly enough!

We would highly recommend Reserve Cars for any servicing and repairs. The family run business and staff are warm, friendly, caring and thorough.They monitor wear and tear on your car and give you warning of things that may need attention in the next 12 month or so. The guys don't do any work unless they have spoken to you first.If you need it they have courtesy cars to get you on your way while they service your car.We have been using this company for years, and have recommended many of our friends - who have all been very happy with the service there.Thank you guys and girls for your care on our cars (x4)

Had RWC done here. I highly recommend Reserve Cars. My vehicle was ready to pick up at the time I was advised. I enquired at other places but wanted car all day and some told me they may need to keep overnight if they ran out of time.I will definitely go back to Reserve Cars in the future.

They managed to fit me in when I just dropped by on Saturday, friendly and communicative staff.Despite not having much time on a Saturday they even managed to fix an unrelated issue which had been plaguing me for a while and something other mechanics couldn't be bothered doing.They also ensure to keep you updated if anything varies from the quote they've given you and most importantly they are reasonably priced. My family has been talking about Reserve Cars for a while and I'm glad I drove out there to check it out.Thank you!

I have known Dennis for 40 years. He has always been an honest and experienced mechanic and now Reserve Cars is a second generation family business. I have happily recommended them to my freinds and they are very reasonably priced.
