Ordered a part off their website. After nearly 3 weeks it hadn't arrived or been sent according to their ordering system. I sent numerous emails with no response.It was only when i lodged a paypal disupte, the order was changed minutes later to refunded and cancelled. Now the money has been withdrawn and paypal wont refund as the case is closed. So they not only have failed to supply the item, but they also have nearly $50 of my money thanks to paypal.Lucky i live nearby so i will visit in person to collect my money. Dont waste your time with these people.

Having received a replacement part for my 1973 FJ 40 Cruiser I encountered a minor problem when fitting it. I advised Simon of the problem and I cannot speak highly enough of the prompt support he offered.The result was he immediately sent some additional bits at no cost that resulted in a perfect fit.
