Great food, good service and a lovely atmosphere! Bento is a must visit if you like Japanese food. The staff were very nice and helpful and I got my food very fast. There is a medium amount of sitting space and enough for 4-6 people.

Awesome food and great service. Reasonably priced , with good enough portion sizes. Lots of food options. Had the udon noodle and the big bento box twice on consecutive days. Enough places to sit and lots of parking around.

Every time I go to this Bento I leave cranky. The service here is so incredibly mid. They got my order wrong and I tried to explain it to the server but dude had his AirPods in and didn’t listen. It was really cringe and disrespectful. Another time here I tried to get a Donburi here and they didn’t give me any vegetables. And when I did ask for some they were super stingy and seem annoyed I asked. Honestly don’t go here you are better off going all the way to the Sandy Bay Bento because it’s not worth the negative energy and vibes.

Very limited vegetarian options. They do not offer a vegetarian curry like the Glenorchy Bento restaurant. They also do not have any fruit juices, and the only drink options available are soft drinks or plain bottled water. The avocado sushi they prepared was ok. It is hard to recommend this restaurant if you are a vegetarian.

Terrible!! Three times I have attempted this restaurant three times I have been let down! I order fried chicken donburi all times the first two times I’m given the wrong meal a fried chicken curry and then told it was right and I couldn’t exchange. The third time I asked for no curry sauce and I only got chicken and rice with no vegetables or mayo :( poor service and poor food boohoo!
