What a dreadful sushi train ! I have now visited a couple of times and each time i have been unimpressed. I have found the staff to be disinterested and lacking personal skills. The food is uninteresting and when ordered takes ages to be bought to the table and several times hadn't arrived at all. I ordered Tuna bowl which costs 17$ , twenty minutes later i received 4 pieces of tuna, 4 slice of avocado, 1 tiny side of rice. What a rip off, I asked was this the usual size of serving, staff took it back with no response. I don't recommend anyone goes here, for the hot food, I ordered fresh and it was taken off the train and warm in microwave , which means soggy tepid food. I'd give no stars of i could. Really bad service.

Although, once again not prepared by Japanese so unable to replicate the exact Japanese tastes. For example the tofu was too soft and missing the grated daikon but, overall, very good food. They’ve captured the delicate fusion of the Japanese cuisine tastes and presented beautifully. The nigiri size are small but the agedofu and tempura bowls were decent and filling. The ika nigiri was perfectly seared and not tough at all, which is what we’ve experienced in most “Japanese “ places.The second best was the unique, in Australia, Shinkansen train delivery.

Truly horrible, much better and more affordable places around. Chinese owned, Chinese student staff. Lucky if the oldest chef" in the kitchen was 20yrs. Pre made food

Staff are always friendly and the venue is nice and clean. Bit small but it's nice to be away from the busy food court. Highly recommend the salmon or tuna poke bowls!

I didn’t know there was such a thing as a poke bowl that didn’t taste nice. The ones from East West Food are much nicer and cost less.

Not happy, the sushi was pretty much a rice roll and very little fish. Katsu was really soggy. Not Japanese food, pretty much Chinese infused Japanese food.

Over priced!!! A bowl of chips, and 12 tiny mixed rolls, two drinks.At the ridiculous price of $27.00. We would have been better off going somewhere Cheaper !Save your money. Go somewhere else! I had to give you a star. Won't let give you None.

Oh my goshhh this place has a robot that delivers your sushi to you! But only if you're sitting in the middle seats. It is so cool. And if you sit on the side it comes by train so win win really. The sushi is good but I have had better to be honest. Service is nice! Quick for being at such a busy place inside indooroopilly shopping centre.
